We offer brand strategy, digital design, development, and creative direction. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between Digjital24 and the client.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Disrupt, damage, or compromise the website or its security
- Use it for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, copy, modify, or resell any part of the website without our written consent
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
4. Intellectual Property

5. Project Engagements
- Project terms are defined in individual written agreements.
- Deposits secure scheduled work and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Final deliverables and the assignment of intellectual-property rights take effect only upon receipt of full payment.
- Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Kosovo law, including the Law on Obligational Relationships.
6. Consumer Rights
Where services are provided to consumers, the Law No. 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection applies. For distance contracts, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, except where work has begun with your express prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Kosovo law, Digjital24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Digjital24 harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our website or breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you breach these Terms. Termination of any service contract is governed by the applicable written agreement.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute arising from these Terms or related to our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gjilan, Republika e Kosovës.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
